Process: Natural. The green coffee is soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The seeds are then soaked in a solution of coffee solubles that extract the caffeine.

We select our green coffees from the most recent harvests in prized growing regions. Coffees are roasted to balance the coffee's origin or "terroir" characteristics with coffee drinker's roast level preferences; light-medium, or dark. Coffee orders are roasted within 48 hours, and shipped Monday through Friday within 24 hours of roasting.
